For software products produced by Findasound the Canadian Copyright Act is effective.
All other Software products sold and/or distributed by Findasound are subject to the license agreement which is part of the respective software installer, the user manual or published on the manufacturer's web site.
The samples and programs contained in any software/library produced by Findasound are licensed to the buyer of the product only.Only the purchaser of the media or download is authorized to use the sounds for his music-, multimedia-, film-, TV-, radio-, games-, webcast- or similar production in musical context, and only as long as no isolated samples, loops or phrases become available for a third party as a similar kind of sound file.
Under no circumstances any kind of (sub-) licensing, distribution, exchange or sale of the material is allowed, neither as original or modified file or in any form of another sound library or sample format!
Unless otherwise indicated, all Findasound Products are licensed to “one single user” and may be installed on a maximum of one computer per license, extra computers requires extra license purchase through Findasound website.
The software may not be used on a network by multiple users, unless each user has purchased a license. Side- and Volume licenses are available for most of our products upon request.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction (including conversion and reproduction in other data formats), hire, rental, public performance, broadcasting and distribution is outright prohibited. Findasound constantly monitors other sound ware releases to check for copyright infringements, and will prosecute all piracy and copyright violations to the fullest extent of the law.
Products marked as DEMO or FREE, may only be used for demonstration, reviewing or testing, but not for commercial production.
